You know what happens when anyone, ANYONE, meets Sanjo??! Their heart just melts...completely M-E-L-T-S. He is the warmest, snuggliest seven-and-a-half pounds of doggy cutedom ever EVER. He has the sweetest of temperaments (saying a lot for a chihuahua) and I was so fortunate the day he found me on St. John's Road in Ridgefield, over 12 years ago.

What does Sanjo like to do best?
Well, in his younger days, he avidly chased squirrels anytime he crossed paths with them and he just loved to run around and around in circles in the enclosed yard.
He was also ready to take on any heavy, rumbling garbage truck or big deisel vehicle coming down the street. These days, though, at 101.5 canine years, he much prefers a human snuggle.
Sanjo likes nothing better than to be on his favorite couch under one of his favorite blankets (and his quilted coat too when it's chilly out there). It's easy to find him because he snores so loudly!
